Can I bring my sick computer to you?
Yes, bring your computer in for the best repair at the lowest price. We will check-in your equipment and get your contact information and a brief description of the problem. If we need further information, a technician may call while doing the repair.
How long do repairs take?
Typical repairs in the shop take two business days, so drop it off on Monday we will normally have it ready for you on Wednesday. Some problems will take longer and we make every effort to keep you informed. Repairs that require parts not in stock will take additional time to obtain parts necessary for the repair.
What if I can not bring it into the shop?
We provide a pickup and delivery service where we will pick up your computer, bring it to the shop and proceed with repairs as if you had carried it in yourself. In-shop fees apply and there is an additional fee for the pickup and delivery. This service only includes simple equipment disconnect and setup.
Can you come to my home or office?
Yes, our technicians can fix most problems working at your home or office. Call today to schedule an appointment. Payment is required at completion of on-site service. Our technician may decide that they need to bring the computer back to our shop for work not appropriate on-site. In that case, we will complete the work, contact you and return the computer to your home or office.
Can you fix my computer by remote access?
Yes, if you have an Internet connection we can get remote access you computer and perform most repairs. There are some limits as to what can be done without having our hands on the machine but we can address most issues that have not made it impossible to access the Internet. Remote service calls are done by appointment. Please call F1 Systems to arrange a remote service call.
What if it is a hardware problem?
We can repair many hardware issues in our shop but you will need to leave the laptop with us. Based on the age and condition of the laptop we will recommend the most cost effective options to get it repaired. We may even tell you it is time to simply buy a new laptop. Either way, our goal is to have you back up and running with the least interruption.
When is the best time to get my PC fixed?
The best time to bring the computer in is before you will be away or otherwise not needing the compute. We will attempt to schedule repairs to fit that schedule. Come in or call and let us know when you will return and we will make every effort to have repairs completed upon your return.
