How To Reset Your Browser

Internet Explorer

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click Settings gear icon in the upper right corner of the window
3. Click Internet Options on this menu
4. Click on the Advanced tab
5. Click the Restore Advanced Settings button
6. Click the Reset button
7. On this new window click the Reset button
8. When the reset finishes select Close and OK
9. Restart the computer to complete the reset

Chrome

1. Open Chrome
2. Click Settings Menu (three dots) in the upper right corner of the window
3. Click on Settings
4. In the left panel, click Advanced
5. Click Reset and cleanup
6. Click Reset Settings
7. On this new windows click Reset Settings
8. Once Chrome has restored the settings you can close the window

  Microsoft Edge

1. Open Microsoft Edge
2. and click the Settings Menu (three dots) in the upper right corner.
3. Click Settings
4. In the left panel click the Reset Settings
5. On Reset Settings click Restore settings to their default values
6. On this new page Click Reset
7. Once Edge has restored the settings you can close the window

Firefox

1. Open Firefox
2. Click on Firefox’s Settings Menu (three horizontal lines) in the upper right corner of the window
3. Click on Help
4. Click Troubleshooting Information
5. Click on Refresh Firefox
6. Click to Confirm the reset
7. Click Finish
