Can you fix my computer over the Internet remotely?

Yes, with software already on your Windows PC we can join you on your computer to perform most cleanup, maintenance, and diagnostics. This allows us to provide contact-less support and repairs. Make and appointment online or call us today, (303)464-0011.

Can I bring my sick computer to you?

Yes, bring your computer to the store for prompt hands-on repair. We will sanitize your equipment on check-in and get your contact information and a description of the problem. If we need further information, a technician may call while doing the repair. All equipment is again sanitized when repairs are complete.

What if I cannot bring it in or remote?

We provide a contact-less pickup and delivery service where we will pick up your computer, bring it to the shop for repairs and return it when complete. In-shop fees apply and there is an additional fee for the pickup and delivery. This service only includes simple equipment disconnect and setup.

How long do repairs take?

The time required for a repair depends on the problem. Most common issues we can resolve in one or two business days. Some problems will take longer or require ordering parts. We make every effort to keep you informed as repairs progress.

Can you come to my home or office? 

Yes, our technicians are doing onsite service calls for businesses and a limited number of consumer house calls. We observe recommended safety precautions while on-site and expect client to do the same. Our technician may decide that they need to bring the computer back to our shop for work not appropriate on-site. In that case, we will complete the work, contact you, and return the computer to your home or office.

What if it is a hardware problem?

We can repair many hardware issues in our shop but you will need to leave the laptop with us. Based on the age and condition of the laptop we will recommend the most cost effective options to get it repaired. We may even tell you it is time to simply buy a new laptop. Either way, our goal is to have you back up and running with the least interruption.

When is the best time to get my PC fixed?

The best time to bring the computer in is when you are able to schedule time to be without the computer. Let us know and we will attempt to fit your schedule. Come in or call and let us know when you can leave it and when you will return, we will make every effort to have repairs completed upon your return.
