Covid-19 and your PC: How to get help without leaving your house.
Now that many of us are sheltering in place or working from home, that place is often in front of a computer. Windows, the Internet, and email can be troublesome at the best of times, and now we are even more dependent on them. F1 Systems provides the essential service of helping to keep you connected and up and running in these trying times. Our remote services offerings allow us to resolve many of the issues folks have on a day to day basis. We use Remote Access software like Windows Quick Assist to, with your permission, access your computer to remotely resolve most software related problems and often even setting up printers and scanners.
The store is open for repairs (7510 US Hwy 287 #C) that require us to have the machine on the bench. We are sanitizing all equipment as it comes and again when it goes out, and we have a distancing and one person at a time store policy. We want to help keep everyone safe so are providing contactless drop-off service as well as pickup and delivery. Thus far, we have not experienced delays in getting parts though somethings are in short supply. Stuff still breaks and we still fix them, superbug or not.
