F1 Systems provides on-site assistance as needed and at customer request. Due to the pandemic, we must put safety first, both for you and our technicians. As such, at this time home visits may be limited though we will try to accommodate your needs. In many instances, we can fix your computer issues over the Internet using Microsoft Quick Assist to provide Remote Assistance. Our experienced techs can connect remotely to your computer and work our magic.

When visiting your location we will maintain 6′ social distancing and ask that you (as well as our technician) wear a mask when in the same room. Sometimes, it might be appropriate for us to take you computer back to the shop for service and return it when work has been completed.
